This car was towed into our transmission shop in Fort Dodge. It is a first year production for the new generation of 9-3’s. This Saab is equipped with an automatic transmission and a tow hitch, which we in the transmission business love to see! We ordered in several rebuilt transmissions from the old Saab company and were never able to get the car to work right for many months. By the time we finished it, the owner was ready to sell it. Since it only had 48,000 miles, Tom decided the car belong in the collection. (And the $5,000 rule!)
