This car was clocked at speeds of over 200 MPH (322KPH), driven by Paul Romano. Paul was a children’s eye surgeon from Dillon, Colorado. After Paul’s death, it was donated by his wife Judy. Tom has upgraded it with new brakes and wheels. It is powered by a Ford 351 Windsor stroked to 377 CID. It’s putting over 550 wheel horsepower down! It is equipped with a Vortech supercharger. Tom hopes to someday compete with this car again in the ‘Silver State Challenge’ and the ‘Texas Big Bend’ races, where Romano competed.
