Here is a truly unique automobile, made as a replica of the real 1956 Sonett 1. Swedish lore has it that famous (infamous) rally driver Erik Carlsson snuck his cousins into the museum at night to make molds and take dimensions in order to produce and assemble two functioning and extremely well performing replica cars, serial numbers 007 & 008. It is fitted with a 750cc GT engine and RHD for better weight distribution for racing. Be sure to ask the story of how the shipping company asked if we wanted to have the car destroyed per EPA Regulations!
